Here are some frequently asked questions. If you don’t find your answer here, please use our Contact Form.
How do I set up a 1st Health account?
Our system will automatically set up an account when you complete any class registration. If you would like to create an account before you register for class, you can find the registration process under Account > My Account.
Can I pay my registration fee in advance?
Yes. What you will have to do is register for the class you want in advance. We will give you a code number to use whenever the class is scheduled.
May I register for multiple courses at one time?
Yes. If you want to register a whole course of classes, you must register for each class separately. Your code numbers will identify each particular class.
Can an online student attend a lab class for hands-on experience?
Yes. You will have to complete the classroom instruction first and then schedule the hands-on-training.
If I drop out of class, do I get a refund?
Sorry, we cannot issue any refunds. However, you can keep your code number for that class and attend it when it is scheduled again.
When I sign up for an online class, can I take it any time I want to?
No. All of our classes are scheduled for a particular date and time. However, if you register for a class, you can take it any time it’s scheduled.
Can I mix and match classes with class room and online?
No. Only online classes are issued a special code to connect with the video by Zoom platform.
Are there certifictes awarded at the end of a course?
Yes. A score of 70% or more will earn a certificate of completion or certification.
Are there exams at the end of the course?
Yes, there are exams at the end of each class. The exams are considered to be very easy and there are no surprises on the test.
How does the free trial work?
Sorry, at this time we are not offering any free classes. All of our classes are either required by the state or county or associated with certification by AHA.
How often do you release new content?
We incorporate the latest information and teaching methods when they are released by the governing authorities.
Do you offer Virtual Reality Development?
No. We are not aware of any virtual reality software that addresses the subjects we offer. And from our understanding, it would put the cost of education out of reach for most of our students.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Simply do not attend class. But please remember, we cannot offer any refunds.
What if I get stuck on a lesson?
We are so sure of our teaching methods, the associated workbooks, and the amount of time allotted for each class, that you will not get overwhelmed. If necessary, you can submit questions by our Contact Form.
What age groups do you support?
We support all age groups. And we make our content conducive to all types of learning.

Due to COVID-19 we are moving all of our classes online. A location will be announced when a new physical classroom is scheduled.
