This training will help you cope with emergency situations while attempting to save a person’s life. This training is for everyone and very beneficial.

The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) approves these training services.

These classes are required by the state BEFORE you can earn your nursing degree.

How do I setup a 1st Health account?
You don’t have to setup an account with 1stHealth to attend our classes.
Can I pay my registration fee in advance?
Yes. Once you have made a payment for class, you may sign in and view or attend the class when it is available.
May I register for multiple courses at one time?
Yes. But please consider that some classes may be scheduled at the same time, preventing you from attending one or the other.
Can an online student attend a lab class for hands-on experience?
Yes. We are happy to provide hands-on training. It’s a great way to learn.
If I drop out of class, do I get a refund?
Sorry, we can’t refund class registration at the time. However, if you have to miss a class, you may attend the class the next time when it is presented.
When I sign up for an online class, can I take it any time I want to?
You may take a class any time it is scheduled as long as you have registered for that class.
Can I mix and match classes with class room and online?
Not at this time. We have class room time which is required and part of that training requires hands-on training also.
Are there certifictes awarded at the end of a course?
We issue certificites for all required classes which include both initial certifications and recertifications.
Are there exams at the end of the course?
Yes, there are exams. But, they are not difficult or tricky. Anyone who pays attention to the presentation can easily pass the exam.
How does the free trial work?
Sorry, we do not offer free trials at this time.
How often do you release new content?
As soon as we receive new materials, we post it to our website.
Do you offer Virtual Reality Development?
No. The equipment is expensive which would prevent some of our clients from attending class.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. If you have to cancel for any reason, you may attend any next scheduled class.
What age groups do you support?
We are happy to work with any age group that would like to attend class.
What if I get stuck on a lesson?
We have so much confidence in our instructors and class materials that we believe you will not get stuck. However, if you have a question, please feel free to contact your instructor.
